    It’s a spending plan but we’re looking for a budget & that means we need a revenue plan too that at least equals the spending! The bridge to make it balance should pull additional funding from those who have reaped rewards for two decades – to be clear, we need a fair tax that leaves low & middle class workers to pay down their debt, to pay into sorely needed retirement funds, to pay the outrageous tuition for their children. It’s time to tax more progressively in PA.
