Hi ..I was wondering how the Governor feels about. P.A emissions …Why are we paying $30 or more dollars every year to test cars and pickup trucks that were built from 1974 to brand new cars that are rolling out of the showroom..When only around 4% do not pass ..This test is a exspensive joke .. How many cars and trucks are still on the road that are more then 10 years old …Not many !… I have a 1986 chevy pick up that I dont use much ..But when I need a truck ..I need a truck.. If I use my old truck for more than 5000 miles this year cutting firewood or pulling my camper on a family vacation it MUST pass a 2012 emissions test..Years ago when everyone ran these older cars and trucks most people would remove all emissions to get better fuel milage..I could buy all new parts to make it like it was in n1986 …But is a 1986 chevy that I only use when I need it worth sinking all that money into to make it pass 2012 emissions ? I dont do car payments or buy things I cant pay for ..But I feel im being strong armed into buying a newer pickup that I dont need or care to pay for. Thanks like i said just wondering how the Governor feels about wasted spending and about the average working man trying to make ends meet
